At NXG Infosystem, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the process for canceling subscriptions, requesting refunds, and resolving payment disputes.
1. Subscription Cancellation
If you have an active subscription for our services (including CRM, website development, or software solutions), you can cancel anytime through the following methods:
1.1. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription by:
- Contacting our support team at support@nxginfosystem.com with your cancellation request.
- Cancelling directly via Stripe using the customer portal link provided in your subscription confirmation email.
1.2. Cancellation Effective Date
- If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged further.
- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period, unless you request immediate cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased.
2.1. Subscription-Based Services (CRM, Maintenance, SaaS, etc.)
- No Refunds for Partial Months: We do not offer refunds for unused time on monthly subscriptions.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund if canceled within the first 14 days. After that, no refunds are issued.
2.2. One-Time Services (Website Development, Custom Software, etc.)
- Refunds Before Work Begins: If the project has not started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Partial Refunds for Ongoing Projects: If a project is in progress, we may offer a partial refund based on completed milestones.
- No Refunds for Completed Work: Once work is delivered and approved, refunds will not be issued.
2.3. Exceptional Cases for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
✅ Duplicate Payments – If you were charged twice, we will issue a full refund.
✅ Technical Issues – If a technical issue on our end prevents service delivery, we may issue a refund.
✅ Fraudulent Transactions – If unauthorized charges are made, we recommend contacting Stripe and our support team for resolution.
3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a payment, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with Stripe. We are happy to review disputes and resolve them as quickly as possible.
- Unauthorized Chargebacks: Filing a dispute without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account.
- Fraud Prevention: If we detect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to block access to services and report the activity to relevant authorities.
4. Service Termination by NXG Infosystem
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice in cases of:
❌ Violation of our Terms of Service
❌ Non-payment beyond the due date
❌ Unauthorized use of our services
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
